 OFFLINE | I was selling scalare cichlids...I completed a task whilst i was selling a fish and accidentally clicked on the box declining the diamonds instead of selling a fish.
Please can I have my diamonds? |

Hello Donna.
If you complete any task bonus (diamonds or XP) will be automatically added to your game. According to your game log you haven't completed task Cichlids grower yet. No declined gift neither.

21 Mar 2015 18:21:53 - Task completed [Florist.2] +$6 total diamonds 7
When you complete any task a dialog window comes up to notify you about it. Whether you press OK or not in this window, your reward will be added automatically.
According to your game log at this moment you have sold 409 Cichlid fish. To complete the task and receive 1 diamond you need to sell 1000 fish totally. Second reward for the task Cichlids grower is 8000 XP, not diamonds.

OFFLINE | I had just got a Diamond and the game glitched and it said bad GETAWAY, when it came back on I found I lost that Diamond but I did win one on the free spin. |

Probably game wasn't saved on server. As a result it wasn't saved in your game log as well. And we are not able to check what exactly you won in the Wheel of fortune.
