I really have no idea how this exactly happened. I was logged in to the game with my store open at dats. When i checked the computer again later the my computer was in sleep monde and the client had closed. When i logged back in all of my bits were gone.  I know previously i had atleast 60m before i left the computer. Please help

strange only things that comes to my mind is been hacked or someone at your place log in your account in game money shouldn't disappear on its own this first I hear.

same here i lost 5.540T after the nov 28,11 patch, when i checked the my character both of my main and my alt have 0 bits,my alt char have only maybe 40B and still its all gone, i dint even visit some spam money selling sites, and i dont have virus in my computer or keylogger.

I lost around 105M also on my Leviamon server character today. I had them when I had logged in earlier in the afternoon, but when I logged in a few hours later, they were gone. Like I said in my support issue report thing that I sent to Joymax.. I find it slightly hard to believe that I was hacked since I'm not stupid enough to fall for any of those bot scams and log in to third party sites. Also, this is the only computer I have ever logged into the game on and my virus software is pretty good at warning me when I might have potentially caught something harmful, so I'm almost positive there were no keylogging issues (Otherwise, why not take my real money instead of money from an MMO?)

Anywho, Joymax got back to me and assumed I was hacked so they're not going to return any of my bits, but they're looking into the issue.. so whatever.

A lot of people are losing all their bits.  This is not a hacker issue, it's a data corruption issue.  Something about the recent patch screwed with our character information server-side.  If it was hackers they would have stolen valuable items too (Eggs/Evolutors left alone), not to mention there are too many people all at the same exact time.  Doesn't that sound too strange to be hackers?

Of course Joymax doesn't care, they're not going to give anything back to us or even admit it was their fault.  They've already posted a Notice about using third-party software, basically implying it was our fault (I've never used third-party software or given my password to anybody).  Hopefully they at least fix it so we aren't leaking money all the time.

whats the point of playing when some one is sneaking in our accounts or its a bugged, but ether way i dont Give a Sh!t, they should admit that its their Pucking fault and whats the point of reporting when they are the one who is blaming us for not being safe with our account, man JOYMAX stop (Nom Noming : devouring) other peoples money. BTW does any one knows how to make KSSN i want to play at KDMO than stupid gay version of GayMax,FailMax what ever they call it.

my friend had the same problem he was stuck in  DT because of the bug and when he loged in after patch he said that  a bit of his money is mising
