OFFLINE

I've dealt with this problem for a long while. Takes me 2-4 attempts then it actually logs me in. But with windows 10, when the game crashes after it disconnects me from server, it makes my cursor disappear, causing me to shut of my computer. Literally meaning the game is unplayable for me. I've reinstalled it, tried changing compatibility in the computer, and tried the advance launcher. Doesn't work for me.
