 OFFLINE | I have recently purchased a Rider 50E.
After update issues out of the box which took support 3 hours to rectify (Thanks George!) it appears that I have no local map data loaded onto my unit. It has the western European maps DVD but has Israel installed....bought of the internet so not too worried about that.
I am trying to load maps from the DVD onto my unit but there is no means of doing this via Brytonsports.com or Bryton bridge. Am I missing something??? The manuals offer nothing on the subject and I have found 2 threads online that show how to do it with older software which is no longer in use.
I have the latest updates on my unit now and Brytonbridge2 application installed.
Help please, getting very frustrated by not being able to find information about such a simple thing!
regards,

OFFLINE | Think I have exactly the same problem - I too just bought one of these from Israel; Western Europe maps on 2 dvd's, Israel maps on SD card, no way to load DVD maps to device??
I found the DVD's/instruction on Bryton site but these are out of stock (so I assume discontinued/no longer supported?)
http://www.brytonsport.com/eshop
Is there any way of getting maps on there without forking out €69 for the SD card (which I guess is what Bryton want given they have seem to have dropped support for DVD maps?!) |
