You’re starting to go deeper now into some of the core issues involved in your challenges with weight. Those issues have to do with relationships—both with yourself and with food.

I know you’re aware that in both cases, your thoughts and feelings have been somewhat skewed. But now you’re going to be making some changes, dismantling the thought forms of self-abuse and replacing them with self-care, and dismantling the thought forms of obsession with food and replacing them with real enjoyment.
