OFFLINE | We recently had this question posted on the forum:
I know that I have food sensitivities and that they can lead to fertility problems. I recently had my second miscarriage (with one healthy pregnancy between them) and I'm trying to get to the bottom of this problem.
From what I'm finding out, my food sensitivities are probably caused by leaky gut, which is likely caused from parasites and/or candida.
So, I've order Tummy Tune-up, Digestive Enzymes and the Colostrum factor. I'm taking raw garlic and eating pineapple, avoiding sugar, white flour and white rice. What else should I do? I'm still nursing and hoping to conceive soon, so I'm limited in some respects on supplements. |
