 OFFLINE | narural law, as I understood it, is the divine law, the one that comes from God, for example: she is alking about the importance of education of women through reason and then says that it's important because God wants that and it's part of God's bigger plan, and if we don't do that we would be commiting a sin - after that the use of the term became secularized and used for democracy and freedom.
as for customary law, all I know about it that it's the opposite! |
