OFFLINE | Taj bhai how much time Lanka could take to cross tk 500? Or If I hold it for more 06 -9 months what might be the result?
ONE MORE QUESTION to U that what is your assessment about the market for a period of one year? will it be able to turn back again after this endless fall? |

Lankabangla is considered to be a growth stock. But due to present market bearishness it is going down. Price may be down as low as 350 in case of extreme fall. Else it will bounce back from 400 level. If market goes stable it may take 3-4 months to reach 500.
I have already discussed about the fate of the market for this year. Many may oppose, but I think market will be 5600-6300 range. Market will behave abnormally untill it reaches 5600. |

 OFFLINE | Taj Bhai,
Should I sell Lanka bangla since my buying price is more than 500 or hold it ?
It is not showing any sign of rise even when the dividend declaration is just ahead.
Since 95% dividend declaration of NBL could not raise the price. Rather the price has fallen.
Pl advice. |

OFFLINE | The sharp rise on Tuesday has failed in further confirmation to rise. Now , to my analysis there is no other way to rise the index without govt intervention. There may be one more false move. There is clear demand and supply imbalance. It will be wise to shake out.
In this situation, we have to be flexible. Selling @420 and re-enter at 380 will recover 40 tk if we sell again in 420, But if we don't do it , our money will be stagnant in 420 level. Doing this twice may recover the loss even the price is @ 420 level.
The index has created almost 3 bottoms at 6400, 6300 and again 6300 respectively on 10 Jan, 20 Jan and 09 Feb. As per Elliott Wave, it will break 6300 next time. It may be as low as 6000. So, I think re enter at 6300 level will be beneficial and add more as fast as it goes down.

My buying price now is 492.
Should I go for 55% dividend ?
Is it wise to hold it for next 3/4 months for dividend and then be in profit in this Elliot wave effect ?
Taj Bhai, if could please advise |

Tomorrow (22-02-2011) it will rise little. If market goes mixed it may go upto 460 and bounce back, If the index even go to 6800, there will be no significant rise. The last upper price as per my analysis is 468. Why? Because on Sunday it has traded above its short time average and now the price is above short time moving average. 468 is equal to the long time moving average. If the index follow the next corrective wave, it will go below 5500 and the price of LBF will be 360-380. Dividend factor works positively only when market goes bullish.
Again, If the market goes very bullish tomorrow i.e. 200 points rise in 1st hour and closes with 300+ up, then it has possibility to rise a bit more on Wednesday. Elliott Wave considerably gives better result. I have sold almost 80% of my portfolio on last Sunday and offload the rest 20% on tomorrow and will wait for the next corrective wave. I may wait for next 15-30 days. No matter. It is better to invest with confirm and less profit than to unconfirmed and huge. |
