Foreshore bush camping is available at Lake Brockman, a beautiful lakeside environment 6 km east of the South Western Hwy. You need to bring your own drinking water. Popular activities include swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing and waterskiing. Access is via Logue Brook Dam Rd, 6 km south of Yarloop. |

OFFLINE | we grew up in this area and it is fantastic place with lots of memories. unfortunately with the dry winters there is not much water in the dam which is very sad. We had a drive around there not ago and there was lots of people camping and enjoying the area still.
a question out of curiosity. how and when did it get the name of lake brockman because as kids we only ever new it as louges brook? the first time i heard the name lake brockman was when a sign went up about 15 years ago. |
