 OFFLINE | I've been notice this after helloween patched,Nso lv31 above used to be in same color as Nsp,color in chipset represent rare setting,now all lv31 above Nso are white,it means normal item/easy to get..im not sure if this is normal or something wrong with setting,coz if its normal before helloween patched its used to be white as after patched,but everyone seen it as colorfull in the beginning 
Pls check this out for better GDMO in future |
