OFFLINE | Ronnie, I hope that all is well with you! It seems that we have been playing phone tag again, so I thought I would try to reach you on the net! I just wanted to give you an update on Scooter and thank you for all that you have done for us. I took him on a 10 mile charity ride for the Children's Miracle Network on April 8th. I was nervous about taking him, but excited at the same time. We starting building him up slowly, taking him on "outings" and getting him familiar with the world. He has proved to me that I am a lot more apprehensive of him than he is of himself! During this time we have been trailored to several different locations (loading is no longer a problem!), been exposed to traffic, other horses and several noises. We registered into the "medium" group in the ride, which was supposed to be a walk/trot group. Much to our surprise, it was more of a trot/walk group! He kept up great, despite trotting somewhere around 8 of the 10 miles! He definitely loves to move now! He was one of the more "well behaved" horses that we saw out there, and I couldn't have been more proud of him! I can't thank you enough for all that you have done for the both of us, I fall in love with him the more I ride him. Thanks again for everything, hope to hear from you and see
you soon!!
