 OFFLINE | I do this. But I've found it favorable to keep my journals in a private place given their private nature.
It also took me time to figure out how to journal effectively so that I could experience the true benefits of it. At first, all I was doing was recording facts and it eventually felt like a chore. But when I learned how to engage with my journal with feelings and thoughts I rarely share openly, then it finally started showing its value  |
