Joymax tech support is completely useless!!!!

i am extemely annoyed with the support i have gotten from joymax. actaully i have not been given any help at all i ask 5 different questions and everytime i got the same answer. Some auto responce that made no sence because i havent done any of those things. all i want is to charge my account and play DMO but i cant even charge my account because no one helps me in that god forsaken company. Never in my mmo life have i seen such terrible customer support.

I pretty much reached my boiling point >=(

Most companies now adays have added auto-support only because most questions and help requests they get are general and widespread. Having a small team answer the requests of several thousand requests, manage several games, communities, and websites...It's not surprising they use the automated system.

However you shouldn't make claims that their support is useless. There are indeed complications with buying silk and the limited options...however right this second they can't do anything. Instead of losing your cool and complaining here on the community forums, you should ask kindly for a Joymax employee to forward your issue.

While you assume Joymax's Tech Support Team is useless, the face of the matter is that you're impatient and don't think before you act.

But anyways, this topic I'm sure will be reviewed later and you'll get the help you need. Until then enjoy the game and be patient until you get your chance at getting help. It's first come, first serve, and you'll have to wait in line like everyone else. ^^

ok for one my issue isnt the limited otions because i have a playspan account i know how this crap works. one i understand what you are saying but i cant charge at all. when i click charge all i get is a pop up that says contact support. so upon doing so i have asked them multiple questions and to be specific the questions are
-Why does it says contact tech support when i click the charge tab up top
after that i was sent the auto response that made no sense and is all i get. thus  followed up with
-I have no done any of those things if so y would i no be banned?
then got the same response again
-then i asked what exactly is the issue and how can i solve it
got the same auto response again

i contacted them 5 times with a dif question every time and i got the same thing. so i will rage if i want cause its rediculous. SO i will sat it again tech support is USELESS!

By the sounds of it, you did something wrong in the past and now you're being locked out from it. You should contact the support of the payment option you are using (ex. Paypal = Paypal's Support) and check if it's their record which is doing this.

It sounds like Joymax is blocking you from making any transactions due to previous issues in the past. You can also try sending a support ticket to a different subject and asking your ticket to be respectfully forwarded to the correct department for assistance. You may also want to ask if there are any previous problems with your accounts that would put you in that standing...
