 OFFLINE | Joymax Portal Account Creation Guide
This is a guide on how to create a Joymax account which you need to access Joymax games:
1. On the Joymax Portal Page (http://www.joymax.com/portal/), click Free Sign Up! button located on the left side of the homepage. You will be redirected to the Sign up page.
2. Enter the required information on the designated fields: Account ID, Password , Email Address, User Name, NickName, and Date of Birth.
- Make sure that the Account ID is unique, consists of 6-16 characters, should be in lower case and does not have offensive words.
- Password is case sensitive, should be different from account ID, and consists of 6-16 characters. It is recommended to use strong passwords to secure your account.
- Nickname should be different from username and password. Username should also be different from password and nickname.
- Email address should be 2-16 characters.
- Make sure that the email address is active and the birthdate is correct. Information cannot be changed once registered.
3. Enter the text as shown in the image for verification.
4. Review JOYMAX’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, check the box saying that you accept the terms of use. Then click Sign up! button to continue.
5. Once done, a verification mail will be sent to the registered email.
Check the email account that you have entered in registration and open the email from Joymax.com.
6. Click on the validation link in the mail, you will then be redirected to Joymax portal page that will indicate that you have completed the sign up process.

Service error has occurred !
System error
[-65543]
