• Joseph Comunale, 26, was reported missing by his father on Tuesday
• Connecticut man was heading to a party in Midtown Manhattan over the weekend and never returned home
• He joined two men from New Jersey and three women to visit the son of a well-known jeweler who lives in the Grand Sutton Tower
• Authorities found a pair of pants that are believed to belong to Comunale, and bloody sheets inside of a garbage bag near the apartment building
• The NYPD K-9 team also found blood evidence on one of the luggage cart’s used by a resident in the building
• The NYPD was speaking with a person of interest, but he did not cooperate.
• Police are in Oceanport investigating the body of a man, reportedly Joseph Comunale, 26, found in a shallow grave. An NYPD officer would not officially confirm Wednesday the body was that of Comunale, but said there is a missing persons alert out for the Hofstra University graduate in Stamford, Connecticut, where Comunale is from.

• On the weekend on November 14th, Joseph Comunale attended a party in Manhattan located at The Grand Sutton Tower on East 59th Street near First Avenue. He was joined by two men and three women. The group came to visit the son of a prominent New York City jewelry dealer who lived in the building before going to a party in apartment hosted by an unidentified person.
• On Sunday evening, the women that he was with left the building without him. Also, a luggage cart was called to the room where the party took place. A man is seen pushing two items of luggage out of the building on the cart.
• On Monday, Comunale's dad reported him missing. Later that evening, police dogs discovered what is believed to be his blood residue on a luggage cart as well as bloody pants and sheets.
• Body Found
• Comunale's body was found 55 miles south of The Grand Sutton Tower along the Jersey Shore in the town of Oceanport. A cadaver dog discovered the body in a shallow grave behind a Florist shop.  Parts of his body were found "chopped" in suitcases at the scene.?
• Multiple people have been brought in for questioning including one person of interest who was uncooperative with police.
