I've been playing for many months, and now have level 36. Every day I spin the Wheel of Fortune. But from what I recall, I won a "material" prize only 2 or 3 times. It's always XP or money. I do know a thing or two about statistics, and I'd think, if it was truly random, on, say, 360 attempts the results would be already not too far from 90.
