OFFLINE | I have found that the ipod interface that comes with this vehicle DOES NOT recognize the iphone as an ipod. It says it is an unrecognized device. Although I can change tracks with it, it doesn't look like it charges and the tracks are hidden. Is there an update or a solution to this issue. My iPhone is a 3GS. The phone works with the integrated bluetooth phone solution except I can't import my contacts or tell the phone what to do, oh well. I use my phone as a navigation and streaming device too but it doesn't work here like I would like. Any suggestions. I just hate it when companies taught how integrated they are to vehicles but then send you back to the dealership.....What a joke huh.... |

OFFLINE | Most likely outdated firmware within those Nissan head units, we have the same problem in our 2011 Murano with the Bose system. Plays and charges my 80GB iPod Classic with no issues. It will play an iPhone 4S and new iPod Nano 8GB, but it will not charge them. |
