How to create a topic

Choose the topic name ( Can be the price/address or "house near [relevant point of interest]" )

Information about the house/flat/room to rent:
Address
Price
What is included (expenses, internet, etc)
Phone number of the owner
Some pictures (optional)

I cant create a new topic, i click on that button and the page goes all white... i just have the facebook banner on top and the chat on the right. Nothing more appears and there is no loading nor internet traffic on my statistics

Wait a couple of minutes and refresh the website...
