Insane salsa: 1-2 c. chopped medium to hot roased NM green chilies; 1 habenero (very finely minced), 2-3 jalapeno peppers, chopped, 2-3 garlic cloves, 1/2 bell pepper, 3/4 c. sweet onion finely chopped, some well chopped cilantro, 2-3 tomatoes chopped, 2-3 Tbsp. Chimayo red powder mixed with 1/3 c. water, juice from 1/...2 a lime, 1 tsp. olive oil and add seasoned as well as garlic salt to taste.
