Before I start I want to know if it is a total waste of my time or not, I would like to make a forum where anyone can post a rant or anything they want anonymously, also anyone who wanted to comment or give advice on any of these rants could also be anonymous, but if the poster gets a comment, they still are notified of it, is this at all possible.

No, I want the notifications to happen, I just want people to be able to write things without their names being on the post, and if someone replies, their names wouldn't be visible either, but the person who made the post would be notified. It would came across as you've had a reply on the forum, or something like that. So people can **** and complain, or say anything they want, without it coming back negatively because someone they know doesn't want it posted. A lot of things I have wanted to say, or have said in the past have made it so I can't post anything without worrying what others are going to think, I want a place where you don't have to worry.
