I hate them with a passion. Trying to feed them just takes all the fun out of this game. They are lazy and stupid. You drop tons of feeding and they just stay in one place ignorng the food. Now whenever is see them in a neighbor's tank I just move on.
Can the developers do something about them so they will be more responsive to the fish food please!

This is still a valid complaint in February 2018.  

Catfish ignore food and take a very very long time to feed.  

Seahorses also tend to take forever, for some reason always going for the food furthest away, and they swim incredibly slow, so by the time they get to the food, it is on the bottom of the tank.  Then, the seahorse doesn't rotate it's head far enough down to feed, and sits there staring at one bit of food until it despawns.
