1. Ensure that both the TV and EMAGINE units are switched on by looking at the status light. The EMAGINE unit should display a green light on the power button when switched on. A red light means the unit is off.

2. Ensure you have selected the correct HDMI input on your TV, which is connected to your EMAGINE

3. Leaving the TV switched on, switch off EMAGINE and restart EMAGINE again. Occasionally certain TV sets may fail to detect the HDMI input that EMAGINE is connected to.

4. Check all cable connections by unplugging and re-plugging them into their respective ports. Occasionally the HDMI cable comes loose and the connection is affected

5. Connect EMAGINE to a different HDMI input on the TV, in the event the HDMI input on the TV is faulty

6. Reconnect EMAGINE to your TV with another HDMI cable, in case the HDMI cable itself is faulty.

7. Perform a “Hard Reset”, by switching off EMAGINE’s power at the power switch, and switching on the power again. Then restart EMAGINE by using the remote control.

8. If you have tried all of the above and EMAGINE is still not working, your EMAGINE unit may be faulty. Please contact our support team.
