OFFLINE | but sure enough, that's what it was the other day. what is 100%, like swimming? our highs have only been in the low 90s, but with the heat index, we've been topping triple digits regularly. and everyday i see on the news that in san fran, it's in the 50s 60s and 70s. my wife says, "gay people aren't stupid! they don't want to be getting all hot and sweaty!" to which i've occassionally poked fun at (no pun intended).
stupid florida weather. i have no idea why yankees want to subject themselves to this. |

OFFLINE | Have been in 97% humidity before, in Hong Kong in July. 97% humidity and 35 degree heat (around 95 Farenheit). You step outside your hotel door and you can't see anything as your sunglasses fog up immediately. Take 2 steps and you need a shower. Not pleasant, especially coming from a country where it rarely gets above around 75F even on the best summers day, and "humidity" means "it rains the whole time"........ |

OFFLINE | Oh gosh, I know! Its been unbearable here recently. I ran errands for my mom yesterday and was only outside a few minutes at a time (going into and out of stores). By the time I got home, I was drenched with sweat. It was so hot and humid.
Praying for Autumn to get here asap! |

Driving home from SF in a convertible (like my Jeep technically is) during summer usually sucks. It'll be in the 60's and windy out on the peninsula (for those of you who don't know bay area geography, sf is on a peninsula the protrudes northward between the bay and the ocean) and then by the time you get to the Dublon-Pleasanton-Livermore area it'll be in the hundreds. |
