Please, try deleting the game, clearing your browser cache (you can see the instructions in the Help section under the game) and adding the game back, don't worry, the game won't be reset!
If it doesn't help, try opening the game in another browser.

Please, try switching your Firewall off and entering the game.
Also open your browser Settings - Add-ons (Extensions) section and turn the ones which block ads, like adblock or adflash.

Hello John.

If friends have not only accepted the invitation, but also performed any actions in the game, they should be shown in friends' list.
Try uninstalling the game, clearing your browser cache and re-adding the game (nothing will happen with the aquarium). Did you try entering
the game from a different browser?
Look in the installed browser add-ons (adons or extensions) for add-ons that block ads and advertising (ad-blocker, adFlash, etc.), and turn them off.
Tools -> Add-ons - in Mozilla, Settings -> Extensions - in Chrome.

Best regards,

Alex

So when none of those suggestions work, should we expect that maybe you guys will try to fix it on your end?  It appears that this isn't a one-time thing...I imagine there's something going on with the game.  There's no good reason for all of my neighbors to have disappeared all at once.  They were there all day, then I log back on this evening and they're gone.  I uninstalled the game, deleted the browser cache, re-installed...nothing.  Tried it in IE, Firefox, and Chrome.  I have no neighbors, and this is clearly a bug in the game, as it has been replicated by other users.  I think it's time to get to work on fixing it, instead of trying to put it on the users.  Nothing about my browser, or anything else, changed in the time between when I had neighbors and when I didn't.  Nothing I did is responsible for the game's failure.  The browser isn't what stopped connecting me to my neighbors...the game did!  I think it's time to put this back on you guys, the game developers, to figure out what is wrong with your game, and to go through a long and convoluted process to correct it.

Thank you in advance for setting out to doing the right thing.

Hello Brian.

Thank you for your request. Our game is located in social network Facebook. From our side we have fixed all the bugs and glitches we could possibly find in the game for the past 3 years. It doesn't exclude that sometimes game does have some mistakes which are connected with social network updates, internet connection, antivirus programs and so on. Instructions which are given under the game in the thread "Help" solve the issues. Please, follow those instructions step by step.

Best regards,

Alex
