Cash Dividend is awarded through Dividend warrant. Some company send the warrant directly to the current address to the shareholder, some other company fix a date, time and venue to collect the warrant. If any shareholder fails to collect, they send it to the shareholders current address by post or courier.


Stock dividends are  directly credited to the shareholders BO account. If any company is not demated, they follow the same rule stated earlier for cash dividends.
