 OFFLINE | Hi Folks !!
According the the experts puppies need feeding at least 3/4 times per day until they are 6 months old, and the after 6 months they should be fed only twice per day.
Puppies grow 20 times faster than an adult dog, but they should always be given 'correct food' for their age. Feeding a puppy adult dog food can seriously harm their digestive systems, its always a good idea to stick to the same brand as too much variety can cause stomach upsets !!
I personally feed my dogs twice per day, once in the morning and once in the late afternoon, but i always make sure there is a constant supply of water for them. I have to admit when they were puppies i did the 3-4 times a day feeding routine, but i stopped it around 4 months and changed to twice per day, it didn't cause any problems, and they were not hungry, in fact it helped in the house training department also !!
What's your daily routine ? do you agree 3-4 times until 6 months ? or are you like me and think anytime after 4 months is better ?...
