8.5# Organic Pilsner Malt

.25# Organic C15
.25# Organic C40
.25# Organic C60

Mash for 80% Attenuation

Hops & Boil
90 Minute Boil

.25oz Magnum - First Wort
.5oz each Rainier, Simcoe, Palisade - 15 Minutes before boil stop
.75oz each Rainier, Simcoe, Palisade and 1.5oz Summit - 5 minutes before boil stop

Yeast
Clean fermenting Ale yeast

Dry Hop
Rack and dry hop with .5oz Palisade, .25oz each Simcoe and Summit
