'Every achievement big or small has its beginning in an idea.' (Napoleon Hill). Perhaps all of us have heard of such great people like Andrew Carnegie, Bill Gates, Nelson Mandela and Strive Masiiwa(dont know them? Try to find who they are if you want to be successfull in any field of your calling) and we have even WISHED to be like them one day. There comes my questions: How did these people attained their outstanding greatness? Is there any general formula(ae) that can best take us there? How can we best turn our WISHES into REALITY? These questions and dozens more prompted the creation of this forum.
