3. Click on "My Q&A".
4. Login with a different account.
5. Read the page given to you before clicking "Contact Support"
6. Set "Game" to "Joymax.com".
7. Set "Category" to "Account".
8. Fill in asked questions with major detail and explain the ENTIRE situation.
9. Click "Sumbit".
10. Wait for your reply.

Mocking? Do you not see the assistance I gave him? If anything you're acting like the very thing you described.

Anyways, I hope his issue is solved now seeing as he's gone inactive.
