 OFFLINE | So I went to hide someone from the news feed and not paying attention I hit the " Hide Android" (cell phone) button and now I cannot see any news feed from people that use the Android phone.
I searched Google, Forums, Help center and went through all the options on Facebook looking for a way to un hide that cell phone with no luck.
Anyone know how to unhide Android phones?
Thanks |

 OFFLINE | Go to "Contacts" and hit the "Menu" button. Tap "Display Options", and check the box next to Facebook. |

 OFFLINE | Now that I think about it, how were you even able to block Android? Android is a network OS for mobile devices. It's not actually a phone. If you're claiming to of accidentally blocked status updates from Android phones, than I would be able to do the same with statuses posted by the Facebook for iPhone. The same principle applies.
Could you be a little more specific as to how you were able to do what you did? The majority of my friends use phones operating off of the Android network, but it says that their status has been posted from a mobile device. It doesn't mention the network or what type of phone. (With the exception of the iPhone).
These are the only options I have when clicking the [X] to hide a specific status update from an individual -

My only idea would be that when, and if you clicked on "Hide ", it also hid what they were posting from. I've no idea why it would do that, but you can try the following to see if it works;
• Click on "News Feed" on the left-side of your Facebook homepage.
• Scroll all the way to the bottom of the activity feed, and look for "Edit Options". (Should be closer to the bottom right-hand corner of your screen).
• When you click on it, you're prompted with a new window. In this window, it will list all the people that you've hidden from your activity feed in the "Hide" section on the right-hand side of the new window.
• There will be an [X] next to the name of anyone that you've blocked. Use this option to see if you're able to unhide whomever you've hidden. Whether it be the network and / or the person.
If none of the above helps, than I'm not sure how much more of a help I can be. |
