Heart Rate Sensor no longer pairs with device

Have been using ther heart rate sensor with my rider 50 for a few months but went to use it the other day and no longer pairs with device.  Have changed battery, rescanning but no joy

Anyone any ideas?

Hi, Ben,

Have you tried to clean the belt? If not, we suggest that you do it.  The proper way to clean the belt is in our FAQ > Accessory http://corp.brytonsport.com/faqs?lang=eng

Gave it a good clean as per instuctions and changed the battery again just in case but still no joy

That's too bad.  Can you bring it to your local dealer and have them to check on it? If they can't seem to find out what's wrong, you might need to send it back to us.  Sorry about the inconvenience you have to go through.
