The fall of the US will bring about the fall of the FDA so there will be many experimental or at one point illegal drugs that would be available in the world. This would impact field medics in what they would administer to wounded soldiers in the field. Also it could impact mission prep within the game as you could take performance enhancing drugs to bulk up for a mission quickly.
