Yeah its all just random luck. Today I found two eggs and thought I would have a good laugh and watch them break. Guess what first egg never failed.

Sorry, but, I must disagree with you Lisa. The hatch rate is fine. The game is just based on luck (well, pseudo-luck). You apparently just have a bad case of it

yep pure luck i destroyed 9 gumon eggs none went to 4/5 then i bouhgt 2 elcmon eggs first one went to 4/5 without failure second 1 also but then on 5/5 they went booom

Idk about this "luck" business. Ive seen the same people hatch "random" merc eggs to 5/5 multiple times from very few attempts, while I also know several people who have been trying to hatch one ever since they started and have broken well over 3-4 hundred eggs without ever getting one. I think that this sort of issue needs to be addressed by joymax,  not just shoved under the rug saying "its random."

patience is a wonderful thing and very important with this game but patience doesn't help some people. They could be the most patient person in the world but if they never reach that point then what good does it do them. They could spent the last few years of their life farming for a 5/5 demimeramon egg but they never got it and their last thoughts before they died were "damn hatch rate"

I thought it was the RNG, or both the RNG and luck. Not just patience.

i totally agree im one of those people who destroyed 300-400 eggs and end up with not even 1 5/5 digimon, whats more almost everyone around me has at least succeeded in hatching 5/5 digimons with normal merc eggs.

i don't have a single 5/5 and i know it takes patience when it comes to hatching eggs. it isn't going to be something easy, especially to get a 5/5. getting a digimon you want is suppose to be a challenge and even more of one to get above 3/5. people who complain about hatch rates and w/e else shouldn't be playing a game like this. it isn't meant to be easy and if they expect it to, they should quit now.
