OFFLINE | I asked the very same thing a week ago and the answer was, "soon". I don't think they understand what Halloween is. It's not a day but rather a time of year. It starts on October 1st and ends before sunrise on November 1st. Allowing us to have access to Halloween decor just a few days before the actual date of the holiday is a foolhardy marketing strategy at best. Probably do the same thing with the Christmas stuff again as well. Gives us access a few days before. |

OFFLINE | After seeing that the bat costs 30 diamonds and new background 40, I'll be backing off this game. You can't decorate a tank without spending $20 or more on diamonds. And I hadn't even planned to have a Halloween tank. |
