So ever since this last update I have been trying to get on the game but it won't let me.  I keep getting a message that says "Hackshield Update Failure!  Error Code = 30000020"
What do I do?  Does anyone know?  I have contacted support and they told me to re-download and re-install, but that did no good.  I've tried it with firewall and virus protection on and off, I've tried it over 10 times, and I still can't get it to work.

I have searched online for answers, but they never fix the problem, they just change the error code number.
I have been able to get the following codes:
30000020
30000011
30000018
30000006
300000c0
8

If anyone knows a solution to any of these problems, please let me know!

I am having the same problem , just started with this latest patch update , and it seems that the admins do not care

I finally got mine to work, but it required turning off all antivirus software before starting the program.

i have the same problem you had, but i had mine since i installed it. it worked on my old labtop no problem, but on my new labtop it wont start. first it had an error code with mentioning the game start failed and two other stuff involving hackshield. i put in the patch and it then said hackshield update failed. and the error code was 30000006. i turned off all my antivirus, and it still didn't work. if you have any ideas, please let me know
