-if i delet the HS folder...

Windows xp 32bit
...I dont have antivirus or firewall actived, how i fix that? |

OFFLINE | These steps helped me to get rid of that error, thought it is a little hard to follow 
1. go type in regedit.exe
2.Regedit should open, click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SYSTEM>CURRENT CONTROL SET>SERVICES
3.This next step will vary on what type of windows you have. Look for in Windows 7 64Bit eaglex64 Windows 7 32bit EagleXNT and the other one is EagleXT (for windows vista maybe?)
4.Right click EagleXNT(In my Case) and click permissions
5.Click "Add..." (No quotations)
6.Click "Advanced..."
7.Click "Find Now" on the left.
8.Scroll down and find "Everyone" and click "OK"
9.Click "OK" again
10.Select "Everyone" and checkmark "Full Control"
11.Click "Apply" and "Ok"
