OFFLINE | Believe or not, that rate is actually above normal. Normally I've seen people fail over 50+ times in getting a 5/5. It's all about random luck and having the resources to spend. |

OFFLINE | It was increased, before I couldn't pass from 2/5 with elecmon, now I go to 3/5 like nothing and 4/5 every so often... I'll push my luck every so often just to see if I can get a 5/5 |

OFFLINE | It's the wonderful system of Random Number Generator aka RNG, that simulate a fake random because it use a script and the true random will have equal chance everywhere normally. Just pray the RNG god and aybe he will bless you with a 5/5. |

OFFLINE | Ah yes, the RNG. I'd be laughing if someone can abuse that RNG. (like Pokemon)
But that would be horrible. |

OFFLINE | Depends......if the RNG takes on the server's clock or not. 8D
<-------Has read that RNG algorithm is based on the system clock for it's "randomness" ;D |

Only very vew systems use system clocks to assist in running their RNG. Most others use the "Dice Roll" method. |

OFFLINE | I actually meant this from a programming view. D:
Then again it could've been a double RNG or triple RNG to nearly eliminate the value of time...
If it's a "roll" that means it sequentially passes through a list and repeats, possibly depending on the whole... >8D
/playsabuserollsystem
Edit: I did a few snooping around programming forums and decided that. May the RNG just bless you. >8D /nosuchthingaseasilyabusedrandom |

Trololol...so you're our little RNG professional now? xD
But yeah, if you have anyone to blame now...it's RNG. D:< |

OFFLINE | In computers, there's no such thing as true random. D:<
Unless you'll base it on time. But that's taking it all the way down to machine language level, possibly less than 10% of humans will even understand how, why, and possible methods of abuse. >=O /shotforspamming |

OFFLINE | With five eggs I was able to hatch a 4/5 Elecmon and I reached 4/5 again trying to get one to 5/5. The hatch rate is fine. In fact, it's perfect. |
