Rank Information
The following are the guild ranks, what they mean, and how people are selected for each rank.

Leader

Alyssaur is the leader of the guild.

Officer

Officers are the leader's helpers. Asking for Officer position will result in a big fat NO. They are selected by Alyssaur, and are highly trusted. They are to be treated as if they are a guild leader.

They assist in taking the work load off the leader by making sure the guild follows rules and doesn't get out of hand. They also help plan and host events. They are also there to help the members of the guild. If you have seen a fellow guild mate break the rules (or believe they are breaking the rules), you can report it to an Officer and they will deal with it accordingly. If you have questions, feedback, or anything you wish to contribute, you can tell an Officer as well.

Helper

Helpers are just what the title suggests, helpers. They're selected due to their helpful nature, and love in assisting others. They are also selected due to their immense knowledge of jobless classes, equips, stats, builds, etc. If you have questions about things such as where to train, what stats to put points in, prices for items, and overall advice, these are the people you can ask. They'll be happy to assist you. However, Helpers will NOT train you. So do not ask a Helper to train you, you'll get a big fat NO.


Memberp

Pretty much the default group. Those who are not as experienced as Helpers, but are not new people in the guild are in this rank. You're placed in this rank after making some friends and being sociable, when the Leader or Officers feel that you have completed your Newbie Period.

Newbie

This rank exists to identify those that are new to the guild, or brand new to the Odd Community! As a Newbie, you should make a point of introducing yourself and getting to know other members in order to work your way up to Member status. The guild is here to guide you along your learning experience, especially those ranked as Helper.
