green chile chicken alfredo pasta

4 slices of bacon
1 cup (or more if u like)NM green chiles med to hot(peeled seeded diced)
1/2 cup parmesean cheese grated
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 tablesppons butter
2-3 chicken breasts
1 box of pasta ... i use penne
4-5 cloves garlic chopped
smoked paprika
salt pepper
spice
season chicken with smoked paprika salt and pepper
bake in oven 20 min or until done.
cook pasta using package instructions
cook bacon and rest on paper towels reserve 2-3 tblsps bacon fat
saute 4-5 cloves chopped garlic on medium heat do not brown
add 4 tabelspoons butter till just melted
add cream and chiles bring to simmer
cut heat add cheese until thick (sometimes more cheese is needed)
add pasta
rough chop bacon stir into sauce
slice chicken breast place on top
garnish with a little sprinkle of smoked paprika and parmesean
