This is my mother-in-law's making and it is a great cold night meal

1 lb elbow macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1 lb tub of frozen green chili
1 family size can of Campbell's tomato soup
1 c. of shredded cheddar cheese
red chili powder to taste

Boil macaroni until tender. Brown ground beef, seasoned with salt and pepper, garlic powder if you like it. Add red chili, green chili and soup, let favors mix simmer on low for about 5 mins. Mix together with pasta in a bowl and add cheese. Bake in the over at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins. Brown under the broiler at the end if you wish. Even better as left overs!
