Hello everyone. I want to give You the opportunity of getting the greatest room in whole Aveiro. Unfortenately I’m leaving Aveiro soon so I have to let go of my room.

The apartment is in very good location. 10 minutes from the University and 10 minutes from the City Center (Praca de Peixe). There are minimarkets Spar and MiniPreco (one of the cheapest in Aveiro) and pastelaria just over the corner.
Convivio (place where You can grab a beer, play pool and have fun with friends) which is famous location point in Aveiro is also very near (2 min.). Apartment is situated in very good and safe neighborhood.

Our apartment is very beautiful and spacious. It has 3 rooms + living room + bathroom + big kitchen + laundry room + 2 balconies. It is fully equipped!
Washing machine (new), Fridge (new), microwave (new), blender, oven and everything that You need in order to cook, keep Your clothes and room clean.

Of course we have very fast internet connection, TV and telephone. You can make phone calls within European Union for free (from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.) !!!

About room: It is nice room with bed, desk, wardrobe, nightstand and greatest armchair ever!  Room is free of fungus which is very important here in Aveiro!
