OFFLINE | Just read this ...
http://www.foxnews.com/leisure/2011/02/24/worlds-best-canned-beer/?test=faces
So I was wondering about what you think makes for the best canned beer? And what is it?
Me ... when I drink beer, I *LOVE* stout lagers ... none of this "lite" or stuff that's one step removed from water.
A stout lager just tastes great. And if there's nothing to play around with, I'll default to a Sam Adams or a Fosters. |

OFFLINE | Kansas City's Boulevard Brewery's Chocolate Ale ... released a few weeks ago for a test only ... it flew off the shelves and local bars were out of it in one evening ... needless to say, it'll be back.
P.S. ... I don't drink canned beer. |

OFFLINE | Yes it does ... I was surprised how delicious it was because I do not like nor drink much beer let alone a chocolate beer. A pleasant blend of milk chocolate and vanilla flavors ... to a blend of mild hops, milk chocolate, and roasted grains. You can barely taste the alcohol but you do feel the warming nature of it. The beer finishes smooth and crisp and leaves a pleasant chocolate flavor on the tongue for a long while.
... Extremely drinkable. |

OFFLINE | Oh no, no ... not at all that sweet. Let me see, you know how a cashew is a sweet nut ? But not really what you would call sweet ? It's like that ... but it's a beer so you have those flavors also. |
