| One of our automated AI GM will be in game 24/7.......lol
We are not in game 24 hours a day but we usually logged in game from 10 AM server time. GMs have blue font color so you will recognize us easily. Don't forget to say hi when you see us~ |

| lol, well it depends if you have staff from diff countries covering a 24 hour period..
what time do human GM's finish work at the latest? (5 pm, 8pm or even 10 pm?)
What does/can the A.I GM do? |

| Where is the bug thread?
I had a building building.. 150 mins left, i cancel the 2nd building on standby & then the first building timer reset to max and was stuck, not counting down, so i relogged in and the remainng time is still the same at just under maxium build time instead of just under 2hrs left!@!!!!!!!!!!!
who can sort it out plz?
Nice to meet all GM's.. i think ther should be a GM chat tab for conversations between GM's & players! |

Hi, Harine.
We just tested the issue you've reported and didn't see the same issue. We think this is just a time freeze. Even if it shows construction time resetted to max construction time right now, construction is actually progressing and after 150 minutes it will be completed. Unfortunately there is not a way to fix this right now but we think this systemical bug will be fixed in future update.
However, we recommend you to try to delete all the cookies from internet options and close all the browsers completely and try to relog in to Colony of War.
