I feel like we should be able to contact GM in game more easily because sometimes I run into simple error problems and there is like no one can answer my questions. I do post these "bugs" in the Joymax Digimon homepage but it's like never anyone answer them. I feel like the GM or the administrators of the game should have more contacts with the players and community to help them solve problems and issues rather than let the players for replies which who know when they will reply.

From what I've seen, they are involved with the fans and players. They couldn't possibly get to every single player that fast.

I understand what you mean. We do try as much as we can to communicate with the players. But as of the moment and as you may have observed, the GMs are loaded with all the questions from the Bug Report section and all the inquiries sent through Q&A, and they're also trying to answer all of them as much as they can. If you have any problems, you can go to Q&A Support, Free Board or Bug Report at the official website, or you can post your problem here in the FB Forums or in the FB Page. However, I cannot answer all inquiries, especially the technical ones, so that's as much as I can do to help.

You can always approach me, your resident community manager, for any inquiries that you may have about the game! ^^ I'll try to answer as best as I can.

To also add on to Luciella's post...the GMs as far as I would assume do a "First come first serve" deal. It takes quite sometime to view all the reports, and even more time to reply to all of them. While your reports aren't replied too, it doesn't mean they are not being read. As for contacting them in the game, that would be chaotic on their end and be near impossible to help everyone at once.
