OFFLINE | well if you finished all the questsin digital world then i would say that your tamer lv is to low try searhing maps maybe you missed some quest |

OFFLINE | its a hard et of quests in the oil refinery. The main person to talk to is miki in the yoko town north then talk to her in the south city center, enter the oil refinery and then go back to her in city south. The to the oil refinery gate person and that sends u inside for all the quests. |
