OFFLINE | Happens to me and my sisters to. What I do to make it happen less, is given all permissions to the area I installed at and keep the folder open while playing. It won't 100% remove the freezing, but it makes it FAR less likely to occur. |

Btw I have this one problem that I sent to support like 8 days ago, and until today I haven't received any response from them. According to the FAQ support section, maximum time for them to address a problem or question is only seven days. How can I follow it up? |

Just did This last week, and now its been almost 2 weeks since my first ticket,5 days running for my follow up ticket and I haven't got any feedback from the support group.
