Chat away!! I hope I do not loose my words and stop talking LOL - not a chance    
I wear many hats but not as many as a few years ago.
Born in California, USA - grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma until at age 16 - moved to Louisiana and soon began being a wife and mother of 4 [one son born still]
At the age of 24 I was a single mother of three - one son and two daughters - I raised them myself and it was a chore - I did it all - from nursing to fixing our automobile and all in between - two outside jobs for pay and all that goes with being head of a house hold.
The father of the children went away and gave no help - oh well!!

I grew up in the city - raised by a country mother - my parents divorced when I was three - so my mum was a single parent also.
Over the years of raising the ones I gave birth to - I sponsored many other children from around the world - took them into my home and cared for them until their lives moved away from me.
Their lives have been difficult and many details to each of us undisclosed - all of this makes us who we are now. The 3 I gave birth to are as individual as can be. God has blessed me and not spared me heartache.

My off spring gave to me - 8 GrandChildren - My family is fragmented and it is what it is - Ya know.
I was always an over achiever until - 1998 I obtained a head and spine injury - plus grew a second whole thyroid. This altered life of busy outside to - learn to live inside mostly.

I have always been an upbeat - cheerful - warm person - yet intense and studious - relatives tell me that I am now - like I was as a child - direct and sweet - some say a saint - but a saint I ain't ; )

I have a relatively southern accent on one hand - a crystal clear and precise speech when about business at hand.
