I have the latest version of adobe, everything in my computer is up to date but out of the blue my game wont load. Is anyone else having a message come up saying "server error"

Hello Shawna.

Try deleting the game, clearing your browser cache (you can see the instructions in the Help section under the game) and adding the game back. Don't worry, the game won't be reset!
If it doesn't help, try switching off your browser extensions (add-ons) which block ads like 'adflash', 'adblock', etc.
