For 3 days now every time I try to load the game I get a grey screen that says "the connection was reset". Does anybody know how to fix this problem? Help my fish are dying!

Hello Doug,

Try deleting the game, clearing your browser cache (you can see the instructions in the Help section under the game) and adding the game back. Don't worry, the game won't be reset! Have you tried entering the game from another browser? If it doesn't help, try switching off your browser extensions (add-ons) which block ads like 'adflash', 'adblock', etc.

Alex I keep the browser cache clean on a constant basis due to the fact that another game I play eats it up, that being Battle Pirates. But it just started working again of it's own accord, cost me a few diamonds to heal a few fish and that wasn't cool along with a good bit of duckets. Almost just canned the whole thing after over 5 years of playing. While I'm here I have to say very disappointed with that wheel charade, I've done it everyday since it started and haven't won a decent thing yet, played using my diamonds a couple times with the same results. Now it's just an annoyance. Winning 100 exp. points or 200 cash is a joke. I realize it's free, but it gets to be quite the bummer getting the lowest prize EVERY time. Had to vent. lol

I am having the same problem this afternoon even though it was fine this morning..I don't know if it is me  or the game..I just have a blank white screen it says AquaLife3d at the top of the screen
