For many days now the game is far too slow and unresponsive. It brings back memories of a time before you upgraded to a new server. Remember when your canned response to everyones complaints was to inform them that they had too many decorations in the tank? The cursor is all over the place and the game can no longer keep up with the simplest movements to feed, clean tanks etc... To top it all off gifting has once again become a nightmare and many players have given up on even trying. This is a widespread problem. It's as if you are once again using an old outdated server or perhaps you added other games to this server increasing the load FAR beyond capacity. We all wait to hear how you will address this issue and when if ever you intend to rectify the problem. It is my belief that the games future is uncertain if nothing is done soon because players will stop playing a game that simply does not work. Please let us know what's going on if you would. We all love the game and would hate to see it fail. Thank you for your time.

Hello, Stephen!
Which of the troubleshooting instructions under the game did you follow?
Have you tried entering the game from another browser?

How do other applications work?

I tried everything I could think of to make it funtion better even though so many other players are complaining about the same problems. I have well over 100 AquaLife3D friends and all of them are having problems. The two worst problems are that the cursor seems to have a mind of its own and can't keep up with any quick movements at all. When feeding, the feed container continues to move around the applet on its own after the player has stopped clicking, dispensing food and often goes off the applet and clicks an ad or even closes the window on occassion. Most of my friends won't even try to gift anymore because it is taking 4 or 5 times longer in between sending gifts to get confirmation that the gift has been sent. The game now reminds me of how the game was responding just before you switched over to a new server. As I said before, it is not a problem any one or a few players are having. It's a gamewide problem that ALL players are experiencing and all other games and apps seem to be working much the same as they did before this problem started.

Have you tried entering the game from another browser? That is also very important as one of Google Choreme's versions used to cause such issues.

How do other applications work?

Hooray! At last, someone else has complained of the same problems as I've been having for the last few days. It happened quite suddenly, as if someone had thrown a switch. I went out for a couple of hours one night 8 days ago, and when I came back, it was like that. The main feature for me is that, as Stephen said, the cursor has a mind of its own. It just wanders all over the place and even keeps moving when I am not moving my mouse at all. It's really weird what it does. The only thing I can compare it to, is a feeling I once had when I had had a nerve block before a wrist operation. I was warned not to try and move my arm because it would fly around out of control. It felt like my arm didn't belong to me. And this is how it feels with this arrow. I move it a little bit, and it goes shooting off all over the place. Majorly weird!!! Also on the same night that this happened, I noticed that the feed container and the net looked bigger than before, and it is not so easy to click on fish with the net.

I have tried other apps and flash games, and this only happens on this one. I have cleared my cache and my browser's cache, I updated my version of flash, which only needed a little updating (I do this quite often), and none of those actions made any difference. I have been using Chromium, which is the Linux version of Chrome, so I tried it with Firefox, and it was the same. After a few movements and clicks, it actually got worse.

It is worse on the gifting screen or in the store than in the tank - ie anywhere there is a blue background, so it is really hard to navigate the pages, or accurately click on the gift and the send button, or to buy fish. Slow movements are worse than fast movements I've noticed. If I drag my cursor across, especially on the blue backgrounds, the arrow lags way behind and wanders around after I have stopped moving my mouse. The only way I seem to be able to limit the damage is to make my browser window smaller so that the arrow doesn't have so far to travel, and when it really goes crazy I can steady it a bit by moving my cursor off the game window and back on again, and fast movements work better than slow ones, if I can move fast to the spot I'm aiming for. But it's definitely not right, and it's clearly something that changed about the game, and nothing to do with my browser.

Apart from this thing with the cursor, tanks actually seem to be loading at normal speed for me - quite quickly in fact.  I hope this description helps a bit in identifying the problem.

Please, try refreshing your Flash player:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

and clearing your browser cache and refreshing the game web-page.

Done all those things, Alex. Problem is still the same. The cursor (blue arrow) wanders like it has a mind of its own still - especially on the pages with the blue background. If you find out any more about it, can you let me know please? BTW whatever stopped me posting on here the other night seems to have resolved itself. Dunno why.

"the cursor has a mind of its own"
What is really weird for me, is that I actually have no problems at all, but my mom does. Never mind what computer (at work, her own or mine) or browser she uses, her cursor lives his own life.
So, how could be that she has probs until I haven't, while we use the same laptop?

Well, that's really strange. What's actually different between your and her accounts? The number of tanks/ some pets' presence/ some special decorations? Or does she have much more decorations in her tanks?

None of us has no special decorations, and we have no pets at all, however our tanks are fully decorated. I have 9 tanks, she has only 2 tanks. So that's why is so interesting that my account is loaded so fast, till my mom's isn't, and she has the cursor problems.
